I want everybody in the world to have food/farming resource. Canada is a lucky country because we don't have as many hungry people. A good impact is for BTC to higher the food bank donation goal so we can get more donations.

I think that everyone globally should have the opportunity to have all of the things to keep them sustainable. We are very lucky to have proper food security. As Free the children has stated poor nutrition causes nearly half of deaths in children under 5 in developing countries. If we are able to connect within there community to give them what they need to be sustainable, then we need to take action and support this global issue.

One of Toronto's food banks is the "Daily Bread Food Bank". Daily Bread has almost 200 programs across Toronto and last year this food bank provided for 58.000 people a month that means that more than 3000 meals were sent every week to shelters and other places. Thirty-two percent of the people that go to Daily Bread are children, 48 percent are single house-holds, 51 percent are adults with disabilities and 38 percent have a diploma, degree or higher. Most people go to the Daily Bread Food Bank in Toronto because they sacrifice food to be able to pay their rent (about 71 percent).
